Circle Housing Tenancy Agreement

The following section describes the requirements for a tenant who wishes to terminate a tenancy agreement. (As mentioned above, landlords must follow different rules if they want to terminate a lease.) RtB also has information on its website about how a tenant can terminate a tenancy agreement. The rules of the hereditary community, which can inherit a safe housing company, are the same as those that govern the security of the Council`s rent. Once the lease has been properly concluded, you are not allowed to stay. At the end of your temporary rent, you are usually offered another five-year temporary rent, unless your living conditions have changed significantly. This decision will be made at least six months before the end of your agreement. Your fixed-term tenancy agreement defines your legal rights and obligations as a tenant. You will receive a copy of the agreement if you sign up for your lease. As this is a legal document, you must keep it safe for future references and you must be aware of the rights and responsibilities specific to your lease.

To apply for a Circle VHA home, you must already be on your list of communal apartments. In the event of a vacancy, Circle VHA will contact the local authority in the area where there is a deficiency or new land. The municipality then makes available appointments to Circle VHA, they determine who is eligible for the construction of housing. The applicant will then be interviewed by the Circle VHA after completing our application form. The borough of VHA and the municipality then decide whether the accommodation unit is offered to the applicant. If you want to leave and you don`t have a fixed-term contract, you don`t need to give a reason, but you have to give the right notice in writing – see “End of your lease” below. Your landlord can terminate the lease at any time during the first 6 months of the lease without any justification, but in general, after 6 months, you benefit from a rental guarantee – see “Part 4 Rental” below. You must always receive a valid written termination and there are detailed rules on how much termination you should receive based on the length of the lease (with a few exceptions). Read more in our document If your owner wants you to go. At the end of your starting tenancy, either you are offered: the rental agreement indicates how much rent you have to pay, how often you have to pay it and other conditions. You must ensure that you understand the terms of the lease before signing it.

A rental agreement is a mandatory contract between you and the owner and contains important information about the terms of the lease. In particular, it should indicate what will happen if one of you violates the terms of the agreement. Threshold has general information on the end of a lease related to several useful resources, including the End of a Lease brochure (pdf). A secure lease has no fixed end date and can only be terminated if you violate the terms of your lease. If the lease is a guaranteed short-term lease of two years or less, you cannot inherit the lease.
